We are "Mies container designers" in Korea and I am incharge of the brand design and advertisement marketing. I sometimes have problem thinking of new creative ideas. When that moment comes, I help our employees by washing dishes and serve food to the customers. By doing this I can learn problems the customers have with our service and others from employees. I interact with others and try to help them everytime, if they are not fully satisfied with our service. I get inspired and get new ideas after communicating with them. We are doing our every best to be loved by our customers.Our main key point is "Know the basics and be faithful".I think designers have to know the basics in making a brand, and to blend it. It's not about the looks of the brand, it's about the service for what the people want. We learn from our customers to make our service, marketing, and design more satisfying. Also we design new systems for the employees to give them pride and loyalty working in mies. I can surely say that, satisfying both customers and employees is the real goal in communication design.
