Since Fashion Group Hyungji launched in 1996 under the title of Crocodile Ladies and successfully formed a casual apparel market targeting women aged 30-50, we have taken a lead in the fashion industry as a general fashion company. With an exceptional high quality standard, modern-style designs and attractive prices, we have shown outstanding performances and reached an annual growth over 30%. By recording the highest sales as a single brand for women’s clothing and having the largest distribution network, Hyungji became a success story in the fashion industry.

Our Key Strength is offering top-quality clothes at lower price than others by ability to negotiate directly with home and global materials manufacturers securing them mass-volume orders at low cost.We have been developing to use various functional materials to casual clothing in order to raise its value performing of joint research as well as industry – university cooperation.

Today we operate 13 brands about 1,600 stores across the nation including the women’s fashion brands such as Crocodile Ladies, Chatelaine, Olivia Hassler, Ragello, CMT, Carries note with the men’s clothing brands including Analdo bassini, Yezac, Lanvin Collection, Bon, BON g-floor, and the outdoor clothing brands Wildroses and NorthCape.

Based on the strong management philosophy to deliver happiness, all staff is seeking to expand our business portfolio with the women and men’s apparel and outdoor clothing businesses.

Marking the 30th anniversary in 2012, Hyungji took over the men’s fashion company WoosungI&C Co., Ltd. and won a foothold in men’s clothing industry. Also, by launching NorthCape, Northern European outdoor clothing, we reached a milestone to progressively enter the outdoor clothing market. While beginning construction of the state-of-art logistics center in Yangsan, Gyeongsangnam-do in 2013 to strengthen business and logistics competitiveness in the southern part of Korea, we declared our ambitious expansion plan to the distribution industry and acquired a premium shopping mall, ‘Bauhaus’, with continued efforts to explore future growth engine.
