Organic pineaples produced by indigenous communities in rural Uganda
After graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Social work from Bugema University, i began working with indigenous communities to solve complex social problems that undermine human dignity. In 2014-2015, i trained 450 indigenous people in organic farming. This involved acquiring practical skills and knowledge in production, management and consumption of organic vegetables, foods and fruits. My community intervention has increased healthy food security thereby solving the problem of malnutrition.
