As the North American market leader in cleaning appliances, Bissell was looking to shake up the standard stick vacuum with a new design. The household heavyweight turned to TEAMS for UX insight in Asia.
Our team set out in Shanghai to see how Asian people were using their current vacuum cleaners. TEAMS found out that a lot of small flaws were holding them back from purchasing a stick vac. All of the key findings then led to a strategic stick vacuum design, successfully hitting the nail on the head for all areas of improvement.
