Natural materials, eco-friendly principles and harmonious living are the key elements behind this prime apartment overlooking the modern urban landscape of Taipei City. To counterbalance the coldness of the building’s steel construction, a vertical garden was created in the entrance hall. Serpeggiante marble, wooden floor boards and diatomaceous earth walls are used throughout the living areas. Through clever space planning, the designer managed to optimise available space and create a style of living that is defined by its plurality and functional adaptability.
