What problem is your initiative trying to address?
The project will address unemployment among energetic and young girls between ages 19-35 in underserved communities of Kasoa. The region is one of Ghana’s poorest regions therefore getting decent job after school is difficult for many girls in the community. In effect, poverty is rife among these girls making them vulnerable to social vices. The Eastfield Foundation proposes a 1 year Vocational Skills Training Project for 250 girls in Kasoa. Through community engagements and consultations, we will identify, motivate and train 250 girls from ages (19-25) in 4 major Skills t making and man
