Design Studios, Communication Agencies, Architecture Studios and Interior Designers of the iF DESIGN AWARDS 2016 - 2020:
The assessments are made on the basis of a points system, which awards 20 points for every iF award received and 100 points for each iF gold award.
Points are awarded once per Creative Role (Manufacturer or Client + In-house design team or Design studio). If a prizewinner enters both roles (for example, manufacturer and in-house design team), he also receives the points for both roles.
The iF top labels are updated annually after the iF design awards ceremony. Then the results of the last 5 years of the competition will be used.
The number of iF top labels awarded is based on the number of winners in the group. For reasons of exclusivity, a maximum of 10% of the winners of a group should receive a label.
