Karen Korrellis Reuther is Vice President Creative Director at Reebok since July 2018. Before that, she was Vice President, Creative at the VF Corporation, a global leader in branded apparel, footwear & accessories. She leads the functions of Design, Brand and Consumer Strategy at the Global Innovation Centers in Alameda, CA & Dover, NH. She is the champion for VF's Design Community of over 30 lifestyle brands, including Vans, Timberland & The North Face. Her experience includes, 12 years at NIKE, owning a design consultancy in Munich and Boston, and at ZIBA where she was Director of Consumer Insights & Trends. As Global Creative Director at NIKE she led teams that developed major product, merchandising & brand strategies solidifying NIKE at the top of its industry, including, a game-changing organization that leveraged the power of trend, color & materials. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Purdue University and her Master’s degree in Business Management from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. (January 2019)
