Vita

Karen Korellis Reuther is a global design leader with over twenty years of experience in the sports footwear and apparel industry and many years in the design of consumer products and electronics. She is currently a 2021 Advanced Leadership Initiative Fellow at Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts. Most recently Karen was Vice President Creative Direction + Future at Reebok, where she led the global creative strategy and implementation across every consumer touch point of the brand. Prior to joining Reebok, she worked as creative director and brand psychologist at Cast Collective where her customers included Puma, Vans, Timberland, Pantone, Piaggio Fast Forward and the TJX Corporation. From 1998-2010 Karen was Global Creative Director at NIKE where she developed major product, merchandising and brand strategies solidifying NIKE at the top of its industry. (December 2020)
