Karen Korellis Reuther is the Vice President for Creative Direction + Future at Reebok. She is in charge of brand-defining and consumer-relevant creative management as well as design implementation in all of the company's design disciplines – including product, innovation, brand identity, retail and mobile. She is responsible for Reebok's outstanding design, inspiring creative accuracy paired with craftsmanship and thus achieving a unified global design strategy. Before Karen joined Reebok in 2018, she worked as creative director and brand psychologist at Cast Collective, a consultancy collective in the fields of design, innovation and technology. Her customers at Cast included Puma, Vans, Timberland, Pantone, Piaggio Fast Forward and the TJX Corporation. Having grown up in Hammond, Indiana, Karen received her Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from Purdue University and a Master's in Business from Lesley University. She is a sought-after speaker on topics such as innovation, mentoring, entrepreneurship, design and color, and gave a TED lecture at TEDxBerkleeValencia 2015 entitled "Leaving Your Dream." Karen was a member of the 2017 iF DESIGN AWARD jury. (December 2019)
