Dipl.-Ing. Rainer Hilf Innenarchitekt BDIA, Nürnberg, Germany
Rainer Hilf studied interior architecture at the Academy of Visual Arts in Nuremberg after completing an apprenticeship as a cabinetmaker. He has worked as a freelance interior architect for interior and exterior planning in the private and public sector (new and existing buildings) since 1972. He focuses primarily on hospitals and doctor’s offices, recreational and rehabilitation centers and administration and public buildings – buildings and rooms whose design reflects, among other things, universal design. He has been a visiting professor at the Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design in Halle/Saale since 1996. (September 2011)
