While there, he worked as an industrial designer in the areas of medical technology, professional equipment, mobile phones and in the advanced design studio. He became a Key Account Manager in 2001, heading up a team of five designers at the same time. Michael took over responsibility for the Color & Design team and the Color & Material Lab in June 2005.
