Mai Felip-Hösselbarth is industrial designer and studied in psychology at ESADE Business School of Barcelona.

Past Professional Experience: 1971-74 practising industrial designer |1974-1989 various responsibilities within BCD (Barcelona Design Center) |1982-1983 President of ADI FAD (Association of industrial designers) |1985-1991 Member of the Board of Directors of FAD.

Present Occupation: Director General, BCD Foundation (Barcelona Design Center). Member of the Board of Directors of ICSID. Board member of the Industry Commission, Barcelona Chamber of Commerce and Industry, of the Environment Commission, Barcelona Chamber of Commerce and Industry. “Institut de Noves Professions” (New Professions Institute). Member of European Community Design Group, DG XIII. Member of “Consell Superior de Disseny” (Design Council). Jury member for various national and international design competitions. Lecturer on design promotion and design consultancy.
