Hiroaki Tanaka studied Industrial Design at Tama Art University in Tokyo Japan. In 1990 he established GEO design. This GEO design is based on planning design, and it was uncommon in Japan at that time. In 2006, He established GEO design Shanghai and GEO design Taipei. He planned many concept designs for large enterprises in Japan as Panasonic, Epson, Pioneer, Fujifilm and so on. He earned many Japanese G-mark design awards and Korean Good design awards. He was invited from Taiwan Design Center for many times to make speeches about design. He is also one of the jurors of iF design award china 2008. (2012)
