Claudia Friedrich is Managing Director of the business unit interface design at zweigrad designstudios in Hamburg (Germany). She has worked in a number of design agencies and has more than 20 years of experience developing UX strategies and design languages as part of a holistic approach to product ecosystems. She loves the influence of design. She understands design as strategic added value in orchestrating all relevant stakeholders within the user-centered and collaborative design process, based on her education as industrial designer, design manager and speaker.
