The German bread baking tradition goes back a long way.
Alles Ausser Altbacken (everything but old fashioned) looks at culinary regional differences and presents a product line related to bread. Traditional products like clay pots for baking and storage are brought back into focus, newly interpreted. The clay pots are an alternative to modern automatic bread makers and turn bread baking into a personal craft again. A bread stamp, based on old baker traditions, give the bread loaf a personal touch. Leaflets portray anecdotes, stories and regional recipes. An indication of origin denotes the products and points to the regional roots.
