Warm Embrace / park bench

Warm Embrace is a type of new-style park bench in order to provide the homeless with a temporary shelter.
Warm Embrace is inspired by the traditional Chinese bamboo scrolls and tile roofs. With an ingenious structure combining a steel frame, a pile of wooden planks and some elastic ropes, Warm Embrace has two different forms. In sunny days, it is obviously an attractive and comfortable park bench; but in rainy and windy days, the homeless can easily transform it into a semi-enclosed hut. Its layered structure can divert water and prevent water from flowing into the internal.
