In case of fire, firefighter cannot perceive objects well due to heavy smoke billows from the fire. Savalife is a fire-equipment designed to provide better visibility with images in this kind of extreme situation. Nonflammable, impact-resistant materials were mainly used for its purpose, and the technology used in the product is based on biosonar echolocation which is basically used by animals such as bat and whales. The sonar system isnt affected by high temperature work condition. The use of ultrasonic wave in Savalife will not only allow savior to see through the smoke but also contribute to lifesaving from fire accidents.
