Feel the World / Device for deaf

"Feel the World" is a device to remind deaf that
something strange, or accidents is going to
occur around him (her), furthermore, to warn him
of the circumstances around him, for example,
a driver is horning at him during traffics. The
device will vibrate, in order to warn him.
As the device retrieves the sound wave which is
higher than a certain volume, the device will
notify the deaf with vibration to keep him(her)
away from danger.
