According to research, only 10 to 15 gallons of water are needed for a sensible shower. However, the average person can often use 40 to 50 gallons without noticing. ECO-SHOWER provides an opportunity to change these wasteful habits and accurately measure water usage via numerical and visual cues to water consumption. To shower, the user must dial his desired water amount. After the water amount is selected, the water begins to flow and the dials center changes color according to remaining water quantity. Blue indicates the beginning of the shower and a sufficient water supply, yellow signals diminishing supply, and red alerts end of supply.
