BearHug / health care device

BearHug is an inflatable vest for providing Deep Pressure Therapy to children with autism and attention disorders. Pressure to the torso such as firm hugging relieves anxiety and helps increase focus and attention. Parents or therapists are not always around to give firm hugs, and the BearHug vest can be there to help anytime, anywhere. The user controls how much pressure they need by pumping their vest, enabling independence. Unlike weighted vests, BearHug provides evenly-distributed and adjustable pressure. The inflatable bladder is concealed within a fashionable vest so the child can fit in with their peers.
