In rush hour, there are over 5,000 people pass in or out of airport at the same time, which makes some of the systems overloading and slow down the coping process. Then the customers will be stuck in the airport. And the reason of the huge amount of crowds jam is that customers spend too much time of looking for check in counter and waiting for customers clearance and the data has proved that the average of time wasting in airport is more then 2 hours. However, there are few of airports working on integrating systems as one efficient scheme.
