We used to cut a piece of paper etc. by cutter knife. However, we have been uncomfortable not to cut it precisely missing ruler whenever we use cutter knife. The design was inspired from the question "can we cut it precisely without carrying ruler?
The Ruler Cutter is a new type of cutter knife to reduce the common inconveniences while using it. Users can use the extended snapper on the back of the ruler cutter when we need straight edge(ruler).
