Sleep late, it's not strange for now. Many people are always busy at night. People are always doing their own things and forget the time is late. When they find, it have always in midnight. For a long time, it gradually became a habit. Used to sleep late, used to stay up. Didn't know it harm so much to health and body.In the beginning , it's difficult to feel these injuries. Long time accumulation,until they sick,they find their body it's worst. But it is too late.
