The poor visibility is a potential safety hazard for people traveling in rainy days. This umbrella “Protector in rain” can convert the gravitational potential energy of the rain into electrical energy through piezoelectric effect, making the LEDs in the umbrella ferrule and tips twinkle with the spattering rhythm of the rain, like fireflies in summer evening. The LEDs have great penetrating capaitlity, which can give a warning to drivers to avoid accidents. The LEDs are powered by green resources and low power consuming, thus “Protector in rain” is eco-friendly.
