Birds On / Cross Media Design

Birds On
Birds On

The design concept is the creation of a process in which involves pencil drawing and touch gestures and combine them with mobile device/PDA to compose original music. “Birds on” creates a new user experience of interactive music through simple drawing and touch gestures. We used birds as the metaphor to represent musical composition. Birds can be perceived as chirps, thus providing affordance for the playback of sounds or musical notes. The user scenario is that seeing birds on a tree or overhead lines in daily life experiences.
