We usually tilt bowls to spoon up soup or porridge to finish it. However, we sometimes waste the remaining because the action "tilt" is troublesome or not graceful.
Make the bowl TILTS itself. Part of an ordinary bowl bottom is cut to make it tilt thus people could finish soup with ease and grace.
Detailed design is for peoples habit of holding bowls horizontally: the remaining part of the bowl's bottom and a sign of lotus inside bowl. The lotus works as a max line and shows the tilting direction: as long as the lotus is on top of food when people hold the bowl horizontally, the food is safe when we put the bowl on table.
