If we can stimulate the cerebrum and visual brain by creating brain waves, scan or record images created in the cerebrum of a visually handicapped person thereby and allow the person to reproduce or perceive those stored images as if in a dream.
Whenever a user wants, he or she can reproduce and remember memorized or stored landscape, sound and fragrance felt in a certain place in the past, that is, three senses including visual sense, auditory sense and olfactory sense. Enabling a user to perceive pictures or imagery through the brain instead of the eyes, and to record or scan even auditory and olfactory stimuli.
