snail / tape measure

When we are using an ordinary measuring tape to do the measurement over certain length, it is hard to keep it straight that usually we need assistance from others. If there is nothing to lean on and the measurement is over height, the tape drops down easily.“Snail” is a measuring tape with the idea of balloon. After the user pulled the tape to certain length, press the small air pump to fill the tape. When the tape is fully topped up with air, it gets straight and hard that users can easily complete the measurement by one hand such as measuring the ceiling or beam and rafters. “Snail” can be bent in L-shape to measure the corner or any curve.
