When lighting projects light to an object that is near its light source, it creates a bigger shadow on the screen than actual size of the object. With the principle of shadow, the new type of roadkill prevention, SHADOW SIGN was designed. Through placing a thin, small piece of sign beneath the light source, it provides a road sign specially designed with shadow. According to the fact that drivers usually focus on the road more than its sides, SHADOW SIGN accommodates better visual perception than the previous traffic signs.
