The design concept is to portray the image from a buoy. A buoy is a beacon set so the navigation of the ships can be out of harms way. If this beacon identity is played by flashlights, people in harms way can quickly locate the flashlight when needed, especially when disasters such as shipwrecks and flood occurs. Flashlight can provide visible stimulation, so rescuers can locate victims efficiently. The flashlight also includes a Global Positioning System device, so rescuers can have the victim located and rescued without delay.
