Our present blindmans guide pathway provides direction with the use of the stick swinging left and right touching the bricks on the ground. With our new design, we put a V-shaped groove (with both sides made of steel) at the center where the stick can glide easily with the lesser effort. We also changed the horizontal elevated hump on the brick to oblique. Both sides of the hump will be arranged like an arrow pointing the direction where one is going. Upon stepping on the arrow like humps with the used of the stick smoothly gliding on the groove, the blindmans can walk on the pathway with a better control of his
direction.
