Turkish Coffee, which is an important part of Turkish Culture, has very difficult making coffee process. Considering Turkish Coffee, the foam is the most significant element. Generally, user should keep looking on coffee until it will be ready. Otherwise, coffee can spill over. And if it happens because of timing problem or forgetting on the fire and you have to drink without foam or do a new one. But, thanks to bubble and its integrated silicon part, even if coffee is forgotten on the fire, it cannot pour out and foam/bubbles can be saved. Also, it keeps the cooker clean and user does not have to make a new coffee again!
