‘Dot Tok’ is designed to help the blind with smart phone to write the message. Even though smart phone has been developed for a variety of users, Voice recognition is the only system assisting the blind. In this sense, ‘Dot Tok’ suggests The Braille converting system. The user can input the message through the Braille system on the device linked to the smart phone. the message is simultaneously converted and transmitted to the phone.
