Condensador / Veterinary equipment

iF concept design award 2012

iF concept design award 2012

This project is a special veterinary tool designed to diagnose a horse’s respiratory system. The product collects information on the respiratory system by condensing the gases exhaled in the horse’s breath to create liquid samples that can then be sent in for analysis. When the animal breathes, the inhaled gases go through the whole organism, passing through the lungs and the bloodstream. When exhaled, these gases provide information on the entire body. This information is collected using a non-invasive, fast, clean and cheap method, quite unlike the current, more complicated methods of diagnosis.
