Sitarivan / Life Raft

Sitarivan
Sitarivan

Sitarivan is a life raft designed to better the experience of someone lost at sea. Current problems are the entry size, failure to self board, lack of insulation, and the inability to navigate while at sea. The main advantage of Sitarivan is its ability to sail, using a parachute, by lifting the existing ballast bags. Sitarivan also incorporates the EPIRB (emergency position-indicating radio beacon) upon inflation. Furthermore, it features a Docking Ledge which allows for a larger boarding ramp, provides instant shock relief, gives another layer of insulation that helps prevent hypothermia, and better protects against marine life.
