In daily life, we are easily scalding when drinking hot liquid with a straw, especially when the liquid come into mouth quickly.
This Anti-scalding straw used the principle of thermal expansion and contraction to control the liquid flow rate in straw. At the end of the Straw inwall has setted a thin film, and there is air between the wall and the film.
When the straw stays in the liquid of room temperature, the film was in a loose state, so the liquid can be smoothly passed.
When straw stays in hot liquid, the air between the wall and the air will expand,and hold up the film making the diameter smaller reduce or stop the liquid flow rate.
