Stadtkorb / street furniture

Stadtkorb
Stadtkorb

Stadtkorb – a place of retreat. A contribution to street furnishing.

Stadtkorb is a combination of microarchitecture and street furniture. Stadtkorb is an allusion of the symbiosis of public and private space using a semitransparent lamella construction design. It reduces the visibility and also the noise of the environment. Stadtkorb is located at highly frequented urban watering places or in parks, accomodates one person and allows escaping the inner city trouble.
