The reason why we prefer to use scissors rather than paper knife is that the former
Saves labor and is more friendly to the desk. But knifes can cut paper precisely with ruler. This is what scissors can not accomplish. In this design, we put the ruler concept into the scissors. Then people can use it to cut accurate size easily. Below the 0 mark, there is a small gap for putting paper, and the measure begins from here as well. The marks arrange to the top, totally 8cm.
