The design is themed with global warming. If people are unwilling to spend effort for possible solutions, the polar ice will melt down and the animals living nearby the Arctic zone like polar bears, penguins, seals and other creatures will lose their home. Placing animals into bubbles with a straw allowable for breathing demonstrates an image of the homeless animals due to flooded lands.
