U.Hilt is connected to bottom of knife handle; it is the knife maintenance tool combing foam rubber for cleaning with knife grinder.Slide the blade into U.Hilt by curved surface and grind it, the plastic rubber affiliated to its surface can clean knife surface and avoid fingers being cut by blade. Clean knife surface and sharp blade make food cutting more easily.
