NATURA / Water saving toilet

NATURA
NATURA

This project is about making the toilet more water efficient. Standard toilets use 15 times more drinking water per day than a human does. The proposed concept is a toilet based on the waste separation principle which will reduce the water consumption by up to 60%. Considering that each type of human waste requires different amount of water to be flushed away, Natura discharges the right quantity for each one of them. The new toilet combines a male urinal and a separating bowl; both of them are water saving solutions that require a slight behavioral change for the users but provide a great improvement for the sustainability of our planet.
