In recent years, torrential rains exceeding the capacity of rivers and sewers have resulted in large-scale flood damage. Earthquakes present an additional risk, as experts believe there is a 60% to 70% probability of a south or southeast sea earthquake occurring within the next 30 years. Now it is forcing us to reconsider our lives. We should begin considering the phenomena and thinking about being alive when disasters come. As a result, we design this building — “Floating house” a low emissions and solar power generation-based floating house is ideal for escaping disasters.
