Negative Space / Architecture

Negative Space
Negative Space

Originates from the concept of molds. City buildings are usually built above the horizon, creating a strong visual presence; space is no different. Negative Space is different from the usual digging of buildings below ground. Instead, we have people truely living in this "negative space". This architectural from of vertically downward buildings creates an intresting phenomena where windows become doors, and doors become windows. The most important thing, however, is that we give back the earth the space that we took from it.
