Tap Tape / Tape Dispenser

Tap Tape
Tap Tape

We found that tear off the tape by traditional tape dispenser vertically is very difficult, and most people would focus on one side and tear it off to the other side. To make it much easier, we tilted the cutting edge by 20 degrees, and the focus would be on the top. Besides, there are always extra tapes and will always be discarded, so we designed a groove at the side of the dispenser that fingers can be inserted into, in order to stick extra tapes and reuse it next time. What’s more, we also consider that people would need to control and measure the length of tape sometimes, so we add the calibration below the cutting edge.
