Currently, 4% of the world population(about 314 million people) These people may have difficulties dealing with a trivial thing such as looking at the time. Although there are visually challenged (partially or completely) Some watches allow one to touch the arms of watch to tell the time roughly but not exactly. Talking watches do not work in a noisy place. The Finger watch was made to compensate these problems. it is possible for the blind to be able to read accurate time. Moreover, it's easy to produce as they used the same conventional method of operation a clock.
