When cooking, the old unconsciously sprinkle more salt to satisfy their original palate. However, as the amount of salt increase , it virtually increase cardiac burden and hide some dangers for having heart disease, high blood pressure and stroke.
We want to take care of the old as their relatives and remind them of staing sprinkling less salt in a silent but direct way. It cares for the old in dtails, heartily and humane. And it increases the quality of life gradually, simply and friendly.
