Concept:The service tray designed for waiters to serve customers is traditionally in a round shape. People can easily get wrist pain if they hold it for too long, or if they apply excessive force when holding it. The anti-ergonomic flat surface design of the tray is the main cause leading to this wrist discomforts.Using the theory of ergonomics as an inspiration, we applied the feeling of holding a wine glass in our design.Objectives:This design is especially suitable for waiters who work in a bar. When people hold this tray, they will feel as they are holding a wine glass in their hand. The tray bottom has a curved shape.
