To make a living, scavengers often shuttle between roads and streets, thus being one of the main groups with high risk to accident. In order to avoid regret happening and causing burden to the society, the purpose of this study is to enhance the rate of recognition, and to add three hauling ways: cart, pull-cart, or pull-cart combine with a bicycle. When the cart is full of items, scavengers can pull the drawing door to prevent items from dropping down, and to stop the rain from infiltrating into the cart. The front of the cart is beveled, allowing vehicles with higher driver seats to easily recognize the cart, and raise their alertness.
