The visualization of Cheng Cheng-Kung’s sailing prow signifies moving forward. Moreover, with the application of rotating ‘Shui’ (means ‘water’ in Chinese) from the reservoir and ‘Chuan’ (means ‘river’ in Chinese) from the river, it symbolizes the necessity of water sources and rivers. The inclining design demonstrates the concept of rapid development.
