HKR / Contemporary Electric Guitar

HKR is an electric guitar that aims to incorporate elements of a contemporary aesthetic and built in sound manipulation technology into a fluid and organic shape. Its ergonomic centered design maximizes playability by incorporating changes in the “classic” shape of an electric guitar that facilitate practice from a seated position, drastically reducing strain injuries.

Making use of a “fanned fret” or “multi-scale” fretboard HKR obeys a more logical movement of the hand along the guitar’s neck.

A built-in optic system allows the user to manipulate the sound of the instrument by waving its hand over a sensor.
