We invented a rotating spoon, which may rotate easily and touch the bottom of the pan in a parallel way. The spoon returns to the common state as it leaves the bottom of the pan. A latch is connected onto the pivotal part of the spoon and the handle, so the spoon will be tilted in one side and remains stable in scooping the soup into the bowl. This invention may enable a user to scoop out the remaining soup. It can be used in the kitchen so as not to waste food materials, and also can be used in formal occasions so that guests may enjoy the soup more stylishly and elegantly.
